Unfortunately, Ocean’s online casino does not, as of yet, offer a dedicated casino application for smartphones or tablets.
It still has an optimized mobile site that can be accessed from your device’s browser. Often, these browser-based solutions can be more forgiving to owners of older devices. This is because applications often require a modern version of a given operating system to download them.

Its mobile offering worked well on both the Android and iOS devices we tested it on.
The menus were still easy to navigate on a touchscreen, and all the features worked smoothly and quickly. However, the visually pleasing photo background of the main casino site was replaced with a monotone backdrop, and some of the impressively animated menu transitions have also been dropped.

About 50 percent of Ocean Casino’s slots games are not available on the mobile site. All its other table games and video poker titles are present — except the baccarat table, which is dropped in favor of an extra roulette table.

We asked customer service to provide this information, but we did not receive a clear response. Through our own independent research, we found that PayNearMe cards do come with a $500 daily limit for gambling transactions.
Withdrawal options
The same five deposit options are also available for withdrawal at Ocean Casino. We could not find any information on withdrawal limits, except the $10 minimum, even after asking customer service.
We did find the casino aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours. This does not include time spent verifying your information for know your customer (KYC) purposes. This may require you to submit photographs of your proof-of-address or identity documents before you make your first withdrawal, which may take some time.
Once the money is on your prepaid card or in your PayNearMe account, you can withdraw it instantly from participating retailers. Visa or Mastercard customers may have to wait for an extra one to three days.
If you can get there, withdrawing from the physical casino cage may be the fastest method. This goes for first-time withdrawals especially, since you can bring your identity documents with you and avoid the back-and-forth emails and photo uploading. You will still have to request your withdrawal online first before collecting your cash 24 hours later.

It also has a frequently asked questions (FAQ) section, but it is far from comprehensive and often redirects you to pages missing key information. For the best customer support, we recommend visiting the physical casino, as senior management will be easier to contact there.
